Design a distribution center that would support the growing customer base of the organization.
Additional space was required for increasing inventory levels and SKUs due to an expanding number of brands represented by Parts by Cochran.

Collaborated with owner’s logistics team, using data analytics to identify the level of automation and processes used to fulfill customers’ orders and the daily delivery schedule.
Engaged logistics team to help the organization rethink and embrace new methods for storage and order fulfillment.
Worked with owner/architect design team for high bay building, laying the foundation for state-of-the-art storage and materials handling equipment.
Provided and installed 10 edge of dock and six pit levelers, where there were none for increased safety and efficiency when loading/unloading inventory.
Installed a high density 35’ tall VNA racking system.
Integrated an ASRS Vertical Lift Module and integrated conveyors, designed to streamline the entire order picking time and ensure expedited delivery service to customers.
Implemented a tugger cart system to move smaller quantities of parts along an efficiently planned traffic path for a leaner workflow.
Installed a modular office to house the receiving department.
Integrated efficient, automated systems to expedite order fulfillment.
