- Worked with owner/architect design team for high bay building, laying the foundation for state-of-the-art storage and materials handling equipment.
- Provided and installed 10 edge of dock and six pit levelers, where there were none for increased safety and efficiency when loading/unloading inventory.
- Installed a high density 35’ tall VNA racking system.
- Integrated an ASRS Vertical Lift Module and integrated conveyors, designed to streamline the entire order picking time and ensure expedited delivery service to customers.
- Implemented a tugger cart system to move smaller quantities of parts along an efficiently planned traffic path for a leaner workflow.
