The International Systems Dealers Association (ISDA) Network, a 40-year-old network of member dealer organizations, has named Ann Marie Kraft-Ziske as its board secretary.
The ISDA Network, which spans across North America, is devoted to providing and installing storage and office systems/solutions for education, business, healthcare, industry, and governmental agencies at all levels and sizes. They function on behalf of their 70+ member firms, securing arrangements with vendors that are beneficial to dealers, and provide support activities to the dealer network to improve their business operations.
The role of the board secretary is to ensure that meetings are effectively organized and minuted, and makes certain that effective records are maintained and properly distributed. The secretary is also responsible for reviewing and updating documents as necessary and ensuring all documents are safely stored, readily accessible for inspection by directors and/or members.
Serving on boards such as this not only helps Kraftwerks to understand what is moving the industry on a global level, but it also enables Kraftwerks to share their experience and expertise — contributing to best practices in the industry.
