Ziske-Kraftwerks, Inc. DBA Kraftwerks is a privately held company headquartered in Buffalo, NY.
After spending the majority of their lives in the storage & material handling industry, the founders, William A. Kraft Sr. and Patricia H. Kraft started Kraftwerks in 1991 along with sons, William A. Kraft Jr.,
Mike Kraft,
Paul Kraft and daughter, Ann Marie Ziske (Kraft). As a family operated business they had the vision of starting their own company in order to utilize decades of experience to create value for their customers and build long lasting relationships.
Kraftwerks was originally formed as a distributor and sales organization for storage and materials handling equipment serving the manufacturing and industrial business sectors in
Western New York.
As times changed, the business began to grow into a vast number of different markets; Kraftwerks expanded to include specialties to meet all customer needs such as:

Expansion
In 1993 Kraftwerks purchased land and built their current office, fabrication, welding and strategically based warehouse facilities. Fabrication cutting, welding and painting booth equipment were installed in the ground level. Multistory offices house our accounting, sales, estimating and installation/service departments.
At that time, Auto-CAD software and hardware were installed for design efficiency and better communication with our customers and suppliers. This has allowed us the opportunity to keep up with the business environments ever changing technology and insure customer needs are met.
In addition, Kraftwerks opened its visual display division which includes visual display, communication, folding doors and partition systems.
Kraftwerks expansion of extensive inventory, services and installation is what has allowed us to be able to enter all different types of markets and anticipate challenges facing our customers. Our wide selection of materials allows us the ability to find the right applications to satisfy even the most demanding of requirements.
Today
We wanted to add further value to our customers by allowing them the option to have us be their one source shop for all their needs. With that in mind, Kraftwerks now employs a full service department responsible for installation, preventive maintenance and service. Our service technicians are experts in their fields of installation.
Our Installers are fully INSURED, as required by New York State Disability and Insurance Laws. They are CERTIFIED to install as well as provide preventive maintenance and service/repairs to equipment.
Our employees utilize the latest technology and high quality proven products for design (Auto-CAD) and estimating. This allows us to customize designed products and applications.
Our company is backed by employees who are highly experienced and knowledgeable in all areas of the business. Their product knowledge and design of application will help to assist and make the best recommendation based on your
organizational objectives and goals.

We operate under the same principals our products provide. Through investment and trained employees; we maximize their productivity so we are able to keep costs down and operate efficiently. This allows us to provide competitive pricing coupled with the highest level of service to our customers.

Our close proximity to Canada provides a geographic advantage to service our Ontario customers from our Buffalo, NY office. Our Auto-Cad (computer aided design software) allows us to communicate ideas from our office to your office via email and teleconference.
Many clients have taken advantage of the exchange rate between US and Canada and find that they are able to purchase the same products with up to 35% savings.
Certifications
In 1993 Kraftwerks was certified as a WBE (women business enterprise) by New York State.
In August 2005, Kraftwerks was certified a WBE by the County of Erie, New York State. Copies of these certificates are available by contacting us.
